Ben joins Terracotta Property as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, bringing over 16 years’ experience across London and the South East. His background spans a wide range of valuation work, including secured lending, pension fund reporting and private client advice, across both commercial and residential assets.
He has a particular interest in analysing market evidence and property comparables, with a keen eye for how location, specification and tenant profile can influence value. Ben takes a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to his work and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver clear, reliable advice.
