A property valuation carried out by a RICS-registered valuer is an independent, professionally accountable assessment of what a property is worth. Unlike an estate agent's appraisal, a Red Book valuation is prepared to RICS Valuation Professional Standards and carries legal weight, accepted by lenders, HMRC, courts and other statutory bodies.

All of our valuers are RICS Chartered and our reports are prepared to the RICS Valuation Professional Standards (Red Book). This report style ensures reliability and acceptance by a wider range of lenders.

Urgent valuation can be completed on a desktop basis within the 48 hours. Standard valuations take between 5-7 days following inspection depending on the complexity of the property and availability of relevant information to complete the report.
