VALUATION SURVEYOR
Olivia joined Terracotta Property as a graduate surveyor in the valuation team, bringing a strong academic background and practical experience. She holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Reading and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the property market. Before joining Terracotta, Olivia worked at Savills within the Client Services team, honing her expertise in client relations and property insights.
With a strong interest in valuing Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), Olivia also works across commercial and residential properties, offering a diverse range of valuation services. She has a particular affinity for period townhouses and finds the work of Richard Rogers, the architect behind the iconic Lloyds building in London, especially intriguing.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring London’s vibrant pub scene, skiing in the Alps, and spending quality time with loved ones.
