HARRISON PERSKE

BUILDING SURVEYOR

Harrison joined Terracotta as a graduate surveyor after spending four years managing property developments in the South of France and Italy. With a passion for restoring period properties, he has worked on numerous renovation projects, breathing new life into historical buildings that had fallen into disrepair.

Harrison chose a career in surveying to offer clients the clearest and most reliable guidance, ensuring they can make informed decisions—whether they are purchasing their first home or embarking on larger renovation projects.

With a particular enthusiasm for historical architecture, Harrison has a special adoration for the elegance and simplicity of Georgian townhouses found across London. When he’s not working, Harrison enjoys playing golf, studying history, and taking his loveable puppy out on walks.
