DIRECTOR

I lead on the day-to-day running of the business, managing the team and overseeing all our projects and surveys. My background (or ‘superpower’ as I like to think of it) is in valuation. I have done a lot of valuation surveys.

I love the clean lines of Modernist architecture and the vision of the Bauhaus movement – removing those load-bearing walls allowed us to build incredible things. Mies Van Der Rohe might be my favourite architect; my mind was blown when I visited his Barcelona Pavilion.

What makes Terracotta different? I think we’re good at what we do. We’re taking a fresh and more dynamic approach to surveying, and are well equipped to identify up-and-coming pockets of London that we feel to be undervalued – these are the ones to watch. Above all, we’re conscientious and communicate well with our clients.

There are exciting things happening in PropTech at the moment, and we’re also working on some software that will bring greater efficiency to all we do. Watch this space…
